We will set new standards in terms of residual dough processing in 2019. From a process point of view, our systems will be very interesting for both medium-sized bakeries and large-scale bakeries. For our compact systems, we have planned an integrated residual bread shredder.
At the same time, we are currently testing whether a combination of roasting, cooking, remainder dough processing and remainder bread processing is possible.
